EES drop off reminders for tomorrow. Most importantly please remember that elementary drop off and pick up will take longer the first week or so. Be patient and KIND to all of those involved. In the morning there is no passing in the car line. In the afternoon- Prek pick up starts earlier for those with a Prek student only- they may pass the line ONLY until the regular car line begins, after that there will be no more passing. Traffic will be hectic in the morning as PreK and K parents only may walk their students in for the first day. After tomorrow all students will need to be let out in the car line- there are a lot of helpers inside to help your child find their class. NO students may be dropped off at any time in the front bus drive. If your student is tardy you must park, walk them in, and sign them in- this is only after 7:50. We look forward to our kids' return tomorrow. 💜💛💜💛

EHS is at it again!!! The Arkansas Department of Education: Division of Career and Technical Education announced the recipients of the Modernization Grant initiative aimed at enhancing established Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways across Arkansas. This grant is designed to support pathways already in place that align with high-demand and high-wage (H2) occupations, ensuring our students are well-prepared for the evolving job market. This grant allows modernizing minimum equipment to meet the latest technology demands and opportunities within the established H2 pathways. Look what’s happening @ EHS! Ms. Rosemary Benjamin, Mrs. Brandy Tallent, Mrs. Brittney Robinson, Mrs. Cassie Henderson, and Mrs. Micah Nichols attended the Arkansas Farm To School Institute at the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute in Morrilton to learn how to integrate food, agriculture, and nutrition into our school and community. While attending they were able to hear from Arkansas Representative Mary Bentley on how important this initiative is. EHS will soon begin working and growing their garden! It will produce fresh fruit, vegetables, and herbs! We are so excited to bring this opportunity to our school and community!
