ESD Snow Day Makeup Days:

The ESD Board Meeting has been rescheduled for Thursday, January 23rd at 6:00pm.
Due to road conditions, England School District will be closed on Tuesday, January 21, 2025.

We had our annual chocolate fundraiser at EES back in October. Students earned prizes based on how many boxes of chocolate they sold. For every box sold, they received a “Coop Brigaide Collectable” clip. If students sold at least two boxes, they earned 40 minutes of free play time in the gym. If students sold three boxes or more, they earned a pizza party. Top sellers in each grade level won a $20 Amazon shopping trip with Mrs. Tammye. Top sellers were Esly Tejada (Pre-K), Cayson Houser (Kindergarten), Conner Apple and Isabella Coffey (1st grade), RJ Stephens (2nd grade), Ty Perkison (3rd grade), Scott Bolek (4th grade), Brady Brown (5th grade) and Helen Mendoza (6th grade). The overall top seller for EES was Cayson Houser in Kindergarten; he sold 9 boxes!! Congratulations to our winners and thank you for helping with our fundraiser! Los alumnos ganaron premios en función del número de cajas de chocolate que vendieron. Por cada caja vendida, recibían un clip «Coop Brigaide Collectable». Si vendían al menos dos cajas, ganaban 40 minutos de juego libre en el gimnasio. Si vendían tres cajas o más, ganaban una fiesta con pizza. Los mejores vendedores de cada grado ganaron un viaje de compras de $20 en Amazon con la Sra. Tammye. Los mejores vendedores fueron Esly Tejada (Pre-K), Cayson Houser (Kindergarten), Conner Apple e Isabella Coffey (primer grado), RJ Stephens (segundo grado), Ty Perkison (tercer grado), Scott Bolek (cuarto grado), Brady Brown (quinto grado) y Helen Mendoza (sexto grado). High school student Daylin Green built a Buddy Bench for the elementary playground. A buddy bench is a place for students to sit as a signal to others that they need someone to play with. Thank you, Daylin!! / Daylin Green, estudiante de secundaria, construyó un banco de amigos para el patio de recreo de primaria. Un banco amigo es un lugar donde los alumnos pueden sentarse para indicar a los demás que necesitan a alguien con quien jugar. ¡Gracias, Daylin!

England School District will be closed on Friday, January 10, 2025 due to inclement weather. Be safe, stay warm, and make lots of snow day memories!
Due to the forecasted winter weather, England School District will be dismissing early on Thursday, January 9th. EES will dismiss at 12:00 and EHS will dismiss at 12:05. ESD will be closed on Friday, January 10th. Any changes will be posted on the website, Facebook page, and sent out via text and phone call.
