PRE-K REGISTRATION REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Children must turn 4 on or before August 1, 2024.
Proof of residency within the district (ex. current utility bill with guardian's name and address
Guardian's proof of income (2023 W-2, 2023 Federal Income Tax forms, current check stub
Child's official birth certificate
Child's immunization record (including 4-year-old shots)
Child's current physical exam (including vision & hearing)
Child's social security card
Tuition Rates
$80/week Regular rate
$60/week Faculty rate
$40/week Reduced rate
Free spots to those who qualify*. Guardian's proof of income will determine tuition rate. All income determinations for tuition rates are based upon Federal Poverty Guidelines. Add the items listed above to your registration packet. Only these documents and the GREEN forms need to be turned in. Keep all other packet papers at home. K REGISTRATION REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Currently enrolled pre-k students do not need to come to K registration to apply. A separate form (letter of intent) was sent home for current pre-k students.
